Our weekly class schedule offers a wide selection of yoga classes suitable for various groups of people such as beginners, advanced, mixed classes women only and much more. Typically, our classes last from 75 minutes to 90 minutes.

Practice gentle yoga poses that will restore the flow of energy to your bones and joints. Learn to use the breath to remove tension from your back, neck and shoulders. Learn proper posture when sitting, standing or lying down. Understand how your emotional state has an impact on spinal problems.

If you like adventures and you are not so flexible, then perhaps enter the world of air yoga, where you get the chance to go on a thrill ride, riding upside down and backwards on hammocks and swings. It’s a great way to improve flexibility and build courage!
Pregnancy Yoga Journey (before, after, during)
Level: 3 months and more
Connect with your body and unborn baby in this special class. With a combination of yoga sets, breathing, meditation, movement and chanting you will explore topics including self-care, fear of pregnancy, birthing options, food choices, and find comfort in the physical changes in your body. Expect to build strength, confidence and make new friends!
