One on One
Our one-on-one recovery yoga sessions are for individuals seeking therapeutic solutions for specific physical, psychological or lifestyle problems such as:
- arthritis, fibromyalgia, diabetes, obesity, migraines, sinusitis, asthma, allergies and also depression, anxiety and anger and fatigue, insomnia, poor digestion and low immunity
Typically, the first session is an assessment of the condition. In the second session, our yoga therapist implements the yogic treatment plan which can include a specific yoga sequence, breathing exercises and/or meditation to be practiced at home. For best results four to six sessions lasting from 75 to 90 minutes.
